Guests should bring their own linens, blankets, and towels, but these can be provided for an extra fee. Pillows are provided. Pets are welcome, but please keep them off the furniture and beds. Any pet damage or extra cleaning may result in charges. Exterior cameras ensure security, and we ask guests not to tamper with them. At check-out, please take garbage and recycling to the local waste facility if the landfill is closed.

• Garbage and Recycling: All extra garbage and recycling must be taken to the local dump before check-out.
• No Smoking or Vaping: This is a “No Smoking and No Vaping” cottage. Smokers must smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts in a proper container.
• No Parties: This is a “No Party Cottage.” Guests are not permitted without the owner’s approval. No parties, stags, etc. We cater to family groups.
Pets:
• Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are accepted.
