Retreat: retreat in the idyllic Georgian Bluffs settings of the main dining room overlooking the expansive front yard, one of two back decks overlooking the ridgeline, multiple living spaces, and bonfire lounge. Wood is provided.
Daytrip: daytrip the rest of Grey Bruce within short extended drives to The Bruce Trail, Big Bay, Owen Sound, Wiarton, Sauble and further extended drives to Tobermory and the Grotto / National Park.

Georgian Bluffs is a township in southwestern Ontario, Canada, in Grey County located between Colpoy's Bay and Owen Sound on Georgian Bay. Comprised of Derby, Keppel, and Sarawak, and the village of Shallow Lake, it is now home to the well healed, and some of Ontario's most successful families. The Bruce Trail, Canada's oldest footpath meanders its way through the centre of Georgian Bluffs connecting all the villages.

It is a 2-storey detached home with high ceilings, and spacious living and dining areas. The house rests on a 64 x 338 ft. lot back dropped by the famous Georgian Bluffs ridge line. It features two cozy ambient fireplaces and air conditioning available via central air, the main level includes a kitchen, breakfast room, bedroom, living room, dining room and mudroom. The second level has a 2nd bedroom, 3rd bedroom and 4th bedroom and master suite. The basement is finished and has a 5th bedroom and rec room for guests to enjoy. 6 parking spaces are on the property.
A car is needed to get around the Peninsula.
