The house is found at the corner of avenue de Breteuil and avenue Duquesne. There are only two residential units in the building, the other one is kept for the owners.
This flat was fully renovated in 2023 by an interior designer using the finest materials and finishes, including a top of the line made-to-measure kitchen with high end appliances, granite countertops, and stocked with nice china, wooden floors, custom made cabinets, nice bathrooms finished in stone and tiles. There is air conditioning in all rooms.
