Summary: Got ripped off from the start. Price was posted one thing online all fees and taxes then they charged some hidden $30+ fee with no real explanation. Got to the room and it smelt like a homeless person lived there and next door there was a dog barking nonstop. I asked to be switched to another king sized bed suite but non were available away from the barking dog on the animal floor (1st floor). So we got downgraded to a regular room with no stove for cooking so we had to eat out every meal except for breakfast they offered continental. The room was much nicer and cleaner that we got moved to on the 4th floor I will say how that was a pleasant surprise however they refused to refund the difference in over charge which was about $140 instead they offered a consolation refund of $70. I’m not please with being overcharged and offered the worst offerings for my young family. The breakfast was decent most days. The coffee machine is excellent.

Summary: Travelled across Canada stayed at best western pluses sad to say this one is not up to par ! You can definitely tell it’s an older one but cleanliness should be a top priority . The carpet was dirty the bathroom had the tub drain in the soap dish the mirror was streaky dirty like wiped down with a dirty rag as well as the lamps and fixtures dusty and streaky. Also the complimentary bathroom lotion appeared to be previously used. Overall the cleanliness was sub par! The air conditioner was musty smelling which down graded the experience more !

Summary: Elevator was down and we were bike packing, fortunately they were able to accommodate a lower room so only had to carry them one flight. Otherwise everything else was great.

Summary: Some parts of the building need a facelift.
The one elevator was out of service.
Shower was excellent.
Quiet facility with a group of restaurants across the parking lot.

Summary: The hotel was comfortable and convenient to the freeway. Breakfast was good and it was reasonably priced. I would recommend.
