We have it all! Hot Tub! Bright 2 bedroom basement (sleeps 4), 45 minutes N of Toronto. We live in a safe neighbourhood, in a home which backs onto a forest. We are within walking distance to a train station and a very large mall.
You and your guests will have access to our spacious and bright basement apartment which has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with two beds in each. Each room has its own fireplace and the living room has a 55" TV with Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime. The home has A/C and heat and high speed internet. You will have your own separate entrance. Free parking.
You will have access to a 4 person outdoor hot tub in the yard. No hot tub use after 11pm. No alcohol or drinks permitted in hot tub. You may also use the trampoline.
If you are looking for a place to party, please scroll past this listing. We are a family with children and we live in the same home that you will be staying in- different areas though. No areas are shared. The space you will use will be your own.
You will hear some noise in the day but it’s quiet after 11pm. Some guests are looking for a quiet getaway so I like to forewarn. We have animals of our own and we also occasionally foster baby animals for the zoo so you may hear the pitter patter of little feet in the DAY only. The hot tub is available for your use. You may see us in the yard.
Animals are NEVER in the Airbnb area (in case you have allergies).

No infants.
No smoking or vaping inside.
No cooking of strong-smelling foods that will linger for the next guests.
No other guests unless approved by us in advance.
The person reserving must stay the entire duration.
Any parties, excessive drinking or boisterous behaviour will be grounds for immediate removal from our property.
