It is nearby Downtown St Pete where you can enjoy night life, theaters, entertainment, local art and festivals, fresh markets (15 min drive). Private Yard, Outdoor grilling and dining area.
This house is equipped with a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, living room, dining area, game/reading room, Wi-Fi, and cable. All bedrooms, kitchen , living room and dinning area has balconies, where you can sit and relax, enjoy breathtaking water views, drink coffee or just read a book.
