Dolphins and manatees swimming in the water in front of you as you sip your morning coffee, along with spectacular sunrises, adds to the beauty of this condo. Everything you need to relax is provided. Just bring your food and drinks and you are ready to go. Or not go! You will not want to leave! This unit is one of eight in a well maintained bay front complex that includes a private, freshly painted pickleball/tennis court for your enjoyment. We are directly across the street from our sister condo which gives you the benefits of a private pool and full beach access! You can even bring your pet as long as he or she weighs under 25 pounds! We require at least a 60 day stay year round except for December, where we will accommodate a 30 night minimum stay.
