Summary: The house itself was nice. It does need some care done though. There was a lot patch work done that looked awful and little things like no toilet paper holder, etc. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for all 6 of us. The pool area was nice as well. The house DID NOT supply paper towels or any kitchen towels. That made it very difficult to cook. The house also didn’t provide a propane tank for the grill. Why provide a grill if you are not going to provide the tank? We had to buy one for $60 for a one time use, then had to leave it there. Just doesn’t seem right.The communication with this owner was terrible. I had to contact VRBO initially because they never sent me check in instructions or answered any of my questions before our stay. Their response time was very long during our stay as well. We had trouble locking the door because the lock keypad wasn’t working. We had to leave the door unlocked when we left the house for two days until someone came over to fix it. I also messaged them about the wifi and when they finally got back to me with the wifi and password, that wifi was not even available to connect to, so we went our entire stay without wifi. I’m just glad I didn’t have to work remotely.
