The community loves to interact with each other. You may be greeted with big smiles from the kiddos and folks walking their pets, as you take a refreshing stroll thru the neighborhood.
Peaceful and quiet neighborhood, but also close to all necessities as supermarket, gas stations, restaurants, and hospitals. If you enjoy the fun at night there are bars within 10 minutes away.
***Please REMOVE shoes before entering the house.
There is a coat closet right behind the front door with a shoe rack. Feel free to leave your shoes there if you don't want to bring them into your private suite. This allows the door to remain free of obstructions.
***There is absolutely NO smoking around the premises, decks, or in the house.
***Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
***No events are allowed on the property.
***Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am.
***Please do not leave your personal items in the common area.
***Clean up after you leave shared spaces.
***Leave your trash in the kitchen in the designated area.
***There are two garbage cans, all the recycling goes in the second can in the back.
***Office area is not a shared space. Please don't enter.
***Please make sure the oven and stove are completely turned off after using them.
***There are two temperature room panels. One is located downstairs by the security alarm and the other on the second floor in the hallway. Please contact the host before making any changes.
***You can use your bathroom located in your room and half bathroom downstairs. The bathroom on the second floor at the end of the hallway is designated for the guests in room 2. Please don't use it if you are not in room 2.
The laundry is located on the second floor. Detergent, softener, and bleach are available. Please pick up your clothes after using them.
The suites are located on the second floor, labeled as rooms 1 and 2.
Please TURN OFF the lights and overhead fans when leaving the room. It's one of the ways I keep my pricing affordable.
