Restoria Retreat & Cottage is a luxury vacation retreat with all the comfort and cozy feeling of peace, tranquility, and adventure. Originally built in 1942, the cottage has been completely updated within the comforts of today. As you arrive, you will have plenty of parking in the expanded driveway in front of the three-car garage. The rail style fencing encloses the front of the ½ acre property, leaving you feeling safe and secure. As you enter the retreat you are met with a very comfortable sitting and reading room that welcomes a good book, glass of wine and views all around. There is a home office with computer and dual monitors for quick work check-ins, etc. This luxury rental retreat comfortably accommodates up to 5 people. There are two nicely furnished bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living area includes a large flat screen T.V. with surround sound and highspeed internet. The dining room is spacious and provides service for up to six. There is a fully equipped wine bar with plenty of glassware and accessories. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, flatware, glassware, etc. Stepping outside you are greeted with a HUGE screened in rear deck. The outside sitting area has a wall mounted smart T.V dining table, sitting area, dual gas/charcoal grill, fire pit, and Hot Tub! There is plenty of backyard on this ½ acre property, enclosed with 6 ft privacy fence all around. Enjoy the view from outdoor lounge chairs under amazing oak trees. This property is a smoke free and pet free property.
