4 Bedroom Cottage in The Archipelago, Nobel
Our much loved lakehouse on Healey Lake has the perfect layout for two families or three couples! We designed the space to have separate “wings” for the utmost in sleeping privacy. All bedrooms have walkouts and stunning views of water, water, water! The Master bedroom on the west side has a king bed, ensuite with shower, flat screen tv with satellite, and an exit to a private deck area.
The two guest bedrooms on the east end also have exits and views. A queen bed in one bedroom and a bunkbed (double and single) in the other. A shared main bathroom is also on this side of the house with a bathtub/shower.
The bottom level of our home has double walkouts to the first level deck. Here you will find a bedroom/living area plus half bathroom. There is also a treadmill for any of you avid runners. The bed is a double and there is also a futon that opens out into a bed. Satellite tv is available here too.
Outside the doors you can enjoy a sauna and then jump in!
When you first walk in to the house you will be in awe of the floor to ceiling windows and open view deck doors. We practically sit on the water so you experience the stunning beauty of Healey Lake instantly.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, soda stream, and air fryer. As you are cooking you can join in with the crowd as you will overlook the Great room centred by an impressive stone gas fireplace. There is a bar top sitting area overlooking as well, complete with 4 stools. A 75” flat screen TV completes the room.
Dining can be indoors at our custom made live edge 8 seat table, or on the deck in the gazebo outfitted with a 6 seat iron table.
We have a large Weber gas BBQ just outside the deck door, as well as a small pizza oven situated out back. We like to eat well at Healey!
After dinner, why not a fire? There is a fire pit for your safe use down by the water. Here you will find expansive decking and seating for your enjoyment.
You can access the shallow water beside the main dock. It is both sandy and has rocky shoals. The water gets deeper as you walk out. You may prefer to slide into the deep water via the dock ladder at the end of the dock. Or jump!
The property is very private. Only Crown land is visible across from us; therefore no other cottages are in your view. The 2 docks in the pictures are both ours and perfect for sunbathing, swimming, fishing, or to moor your boat!
