The ‘Muskokan’ Cottage is a two story 1,349 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage with a magnificent view of the Lake. This four season model features an open concept living space including a fully functional modern kitchen with gas stove, built in microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils, cooking supplies and amenities you will need for your vacation. The kitchen opens into a large dining area with seating for 6 that overlooks the lake. The Living room is a casual space to relax in with leather furniture, big screen TV and stone hearth with a gas fireplace. For additional relaxing or family space, the cottage has a fully enclosed four season Muskoka room surrounded by windows with views of the Lake, the woods and the resort. Alongside the full length of the cottage is a large deck complete with trademark 'Muskoka' chairs to enjoy the sweeping views of Lake of Bays, the beach and all the natural surrounding beauty. The lower level 2nd bedroom has a walk out to a private patio. There is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.
Blue Water Acres Resort is situated on the shores of Lake of Bays in Musakoka offering sweeping lake views, a long 400 ft sandy beach with gradual walk in. Excellent swimming conditions with a sandy bottom. Lake activities include use of floating dock, floating slide, canoes, kayaks, paddle boats, paddle boards, and beach front lounge chairs and tables. The resort amenities include an indoor pool with hot tub and sauna, games room with pool tables, ping-pong, shuffle board and foosball. Around the resort you can enjoy the basket ball court, tennis courts, playground, volleyball nets, campfire, and more!
The cottage is also equipped with high speed wireless internet, washer and dryer, outdoor gas barbeque. All linens/pillows/towels are included.
Sleeping Accommodations - The primary bedroom on the main floor has a king size bed, large double closet, combination safe and Flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo has heated floors. The second and third bedrooms are situated on the lower level along with the second full size bathroom with tub/shower combo. The 2nd bedroom with ensuite privileges is equipped with a Queen size bed and walk out to a lower level private patio. The 3rd bedroom features 2 twin beds. The living room couch also converts into a pull out queen bed.
