This is a prime Arizona location within short distance of sport courts, hiking/biking trails, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and 10 min to Surprise Stadium (Kansas City Royals or Texas Rangers Spring Training), 25 mins from Glendale Recreational area where the AZ Cardinal, and AZ Coyotes play.
**The backyard of the property are up to pool code. If you have small children it is VERY IMPORTANT they are not left unattended outside. It is your responsibility to follow all pool and house rules.
