CLEANING & SANITIZATION
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, our property management company has put into place a stringent sanitization and cleaning of the home prior to your arrival, as per the guidelines set by the CDC (Center for Disease Control & Prevention) and DBPR (Department of Business & Professional Regulation). The cleaners will wear masks and gloves during every clean and will meticulously sanitize all surfaces, light switches and door handles.
Please note that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in all public places. By renting the home you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. All current state regulations must be adhered to by guests.
We have allocated 5 days between each guest for safety and sanitization.
The cost for Sanitization & Cleaning is $120 + taxes.

2 Master Suites (King & Queen) and the Twin Bedroom is adjacent to the 3rd Bathroom. All the bedrooms have new high quality mattresses.
Very open Family Room / Kitchen combination, excellent for getting together after a day at the parks.
