Enjoy the solitude of our property nestled on the shores of Georgian Bay. Our cottage and quaint sleep bunkie can sleep up to eight. Amenities include access to kayaks, a canoe, a laser dinghy and other water toys.
The property is only minutes from downtown Parry Sound and all amenities. Also, 20 minutes by boat to the public docks of Parry Sound and all the Georgian Bay area. A fantastic sailing school is located just minutes from the property as well as Wabuno beach where children can brush up on their swimming through a Red Cross swimming program should you decide to stay the summer at our lovely retreat. A stunning 18 hole public golf course is just around the corner. And if that isn't enough there is incredible world class fishing at your doorstep.
Adjusted rate for Spring and Fall $1200/week excluding long weekends.
Water access includes a lovely shallow beach area as well as access to a deeper area for the more adventurous swimmer. Perfect for families with a wide range of ages.
While our standard rate monthly states $4800, during peak season 7500 would apply for monthly rentals.
