A beautiful 2/1 in a quiet neighborhood. There’s plenty of parking in the wrap around drive way. Fort Pierce is about 10 minutes down the road. The beaches are about a 8/10 minute drive. There is food places, grocery stores, arcades, attractions, gas stations all close by. There free WI-FI and streaming apps on the T.V.
Check out time is by 11:00am.. if failed to leave by 11 a $65 charge will be added as a late check out fee.

If you stain or rip any of the towels it will be a $10 fee per towel!
If you stain or rip any of the sheets or pillow cases it will be $20 per set!

-Strip bed linens and put into bag , leave in laundry room.
-make sure all dirty towels are in a bag and set them by washer as well.
-do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Place any dirty dishes in dishwasher (you do not need to start it)
-place all garbage outside tied in bag. No left over garbage should be inside when leaving.
-set ac to 73 or higher before leaving so the unit doesn’t freeze up.
-make sure oven & coffee maker are off
-turn off all lights and make sure all doors are locked and shut properly
-put keys back in lockbox when checking out!
