Property is clean and updated, and beautifully furnished with an airy and tropical beach style. Even though we do allow pets, there are additional rules and fees. We have 4 large bedrooms available with a shared common space: Laundry Room, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Living Room, Office Room with (2) computer desks and chairs and a printer, fenced-in back yard with patio furniture. Property also has audio and video recording devices located in the common area and exterior of the home for added security.
Guest Access:
All locks are electronic to access property. Each guest will be given their personalized access codes to enter the front door and their room. Guests will be allowed full access to property amenities. We have (6) parking spaces available, as parking is available for guests of the home as first priority. Guests can drive to and from their respective locations, bus routes are a couple blocks walking distance. Ride share apps are available.
