Spread over 2 levels this welcoming holiday home has ample space for everyone. It offers 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with large open-plan living upstairs. Enjoy your meals around the amazing 10 seater dining table and relax in the generous lounge with ocean views, sporting a 65inch smart tv. There is a separate lounge upstairs for the kids to watch a movie, play some old school play-station or one of many board games. The outdoor deck flows seamlessly from the living area, where you can take in the views, watch the sunrise or enjoy a family BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need including an induction hob and Nespresso machine so bring your pods. With a servery window from the kitchen, the deck is the perfect spot for al fresco dining.
For guests with mobility issues, there is level access in to the house with a lift available on request. The shower also has step-free access.
Beachside Blue Marine is fully fenced and offers plenty of space for the kids to play safely and work off some energy on the trampoline. There is plenty to keep everyone entertained with a table tennis table, boogie boards, beach toys, bikes and scooters.
On the ground floor is bedroom 1, a generous size with a king bed and en-suite bathroom complete with sitting area and smart tv, nearby is bedroom 2 with single bunk-beds, perfect for the kids. A full size laundry with washer and dryer flows out of the ensuite bathroom. Upstairs at this Mt Maunganui accommodation is bedroom 3 with a queen bed, bedroom 4 with two long single beds and bedroom 5 with a king single and single bed. There is a bathroom with a separate toilet on the upper level.
