Total Privacy ! Sit & relax at pool/ hot tub middle of the night , you only hear sounds of Ocean , crickets ...look up on open stars , and forget there is busy world out there.
Area is surrounded by beautiful sandy beaches here . A Golf cart between the house and the beach is great if you want to take cooler & chairs and other things with you to the beach.
Our beach access across the street has no parking and no Golf Cart access because it's a wooded path so you would have to carry everything. Just a few minutes (half of a mile) down the street & up the street are numerous beaches with free parking but you can always use a car of golf-cart for that as well.
Golf carts can be used on extra wide sidewalks that pass in front of the house & crossing A1A and there are other people locally riding them as well to the different beaches. You can ride all the way to Sebastian Inlet which has great surf & fishing, on historic Jungle trail and ride up to Vero Beach Disney resort (3 miles from the house) where they have great Breakfast at Disney or evening cocktails by the ocean in the Green Cabin room. We do enjoy our evening rides along Indian River Lagoon and watch sunsets to the west ! Lot of natural light flows thru this property, and every window looks out into nature & greenery. Resort-style heated pool.It is a two-floor house, with a kitchen & living room/fireplace and a master bedroom on the second floor where you have great views overlooking the historic Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge nature preserves & sunsets to the west.
