Positive: The location was great as well as it being a large enough property to comfortably house three families. Lots of beach toys available for kids in the garage.

Negative: There were only four lounge chairs out back for a home that I believe 20 can stay in. The outside lighting was very poor. The first floor ac unit did not keep that level cool. All of the garage and outside trash cans were full when we arrived. Under the main level bed had trash under it. We had buns on the counter that something chewed in to.
