The main floor has 2 separate living areas, a large kitchen and dining room which overlook the covered lanai with pool, hot tub, outdoor bathroom, shower, grill, and sitting areas.

RESORT AMENITIES
As a registered guest, you have access to a game room, gym, and clubhouse Monday through Friday and the pool 7am-7pm. Hours are subject to change. Ask the host about options if you need access to the gym outside of posted hours.

GATED COMMUNITY (must have IDs)
The House of Suites is in a private gated community with a guard at the gate 24/7 checking IDs. The driver must have a valid ID and it must match the name on the reservation.
PARKING (4 max)
4 cars max in driveway not blocking the sidewalk. Vehicles parked in the grass, on the road, or belonging to guests not registered will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense. Contact host to discuss commercial trucks, RVs, trailers before booking.
POOL, HOT TUB HEAT ($35/day, with the exception of hot tub only in the summer at $20/day)
After paying the fee, the hot tub will be set to 98 and the pool will be set to 88. During your stay, using the hot tub is allowed in 20 minute increments.
GRILL ($50 fee)
A brand new built in gas grill was installed in Summer 2023 which is locked upon arrival. Access to the key and gas valve is available with the payment of the gas use fee. Guests have the option to clean the grill at check out or be assessed a $45 grill cleaning fee.
PETS ($50 fee per dog, 2 max)
See the additional fee section for the pet fee. Pets are allowed assuming they are well behaved, accustomed to traveling, and not left alone unless left in a crate. Before reserving, contact the host to discuss logistics if needed. Within the community, all animals must be on a leash. Guests must clean up after pet. Any damages will be charged to the guest. Neighbors are requested to report animals not on a leash, the homeowner is fined, law enforcement may get involved if needed, and any fines will be passed on to the guest.
LINENS, TOILETRIES, ETC.
As stated, we are the home owners, not a property management company trying to count and limit towels, toilet paper, etc. That being said, we do provide a generous supply of bulk items for use during your stay including pool towels, bath towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, hand soap, hair dryer, iron/iron board, kitchen appliances, utensils, and spices, and basic condiments upon request.
RING HOME SECURITY OUTSIDE
The main entrance, pool heating control panel and Outside Screen Lanai have Ring Cameras monitoring the areas. The camera in the screen lanai may be covered while pool area is in use.
QUIET HOURS
Polk County quiet hours are 11pm EST - 8am EST. Neighbors are instructed to call police to report loud music/noises lasting more than 15 minutes after 11pm EST. Blaring music pool side for neighbors to hear in the quiet neighborhood at anytime of day is not acceptable in this home.
