Summary: This property is in a perfect location to experience everything Sarasota has to offer! I stayed for a week with my two teenagers 15 and 17 and we had plenty of space and privacy. We were only minutes to Lido Beach, St. Armand’s shopping area, and the Downtown historic district of Sarasota. We went walking and running on the Legacy Trail (18.2 historic trail that is paved) which was less then a mile to connect. We also visited Mote Aquarium one morning and went shopping for the rest of the afternoon. The property is immaculate and has everything you need in the kitchen to cook your own meals (Detwiler Farm Market and Publix are just a few miles away). The backyard has an intimate space to watch the Koi in a small pond or catch some sun on the patio furniture. There is also an outdoor grill and covered seating area that we didn’t get to use unfortunately because we ran out of time. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were perfect for the teenagers to retreat after a long day of activities to have some private time to chill. The bathrooms were large and had high end shower heads that was great to rinse off after being in the sun all day. There were bike rentals in the area that would deliver and pickup so you could chose a day to ride around without all the effort if you wanted. I would give this property 10 stars if I could. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again with family.
