Positive: The only good thing about our stay was the location.

Negative: The shower curtain is dirty and needs replacing urgently. I have now seen on previous reviews that this has already been mentioned but has not been actioned The bathroom door handle was broken There was no hand soap in the bathroom only shampoo positioned on the sink? There were no cleaning products / clothes in the kitchen so unable to wipe down any surfaces if you had been cooking. No spare bin bags etc The kettle was in the cupboard with old water left inside Scissors were left in the drawer broken (one handle missing) The chopping board left in the kitchen absolutely stank The coffee table in the living room is broken and has a leg missing (again this has been mentioned on a previous review and still not rectified) The blind in the living room on arrival wasn’t working so my partner therefore had to fix this himself to be able to be able to close the blinds (no nets) so during the day there is no privacy from neighbours without sitting in darkness The host was non responsive on messages when asking about leaving our car parked outside the building. THERE IS NO PARKING ON SITE AT THE APARTMENT THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT We requested that all 3 beds were set up to sleep in, on arrival only 2 out of the 3 beds were set up and no spare bedding for the 3rd bed which meant unexpectedly people had to share beds (two different families) The sofa bed in the bedroom is unsafe and wouldn’t of even been possible to use anyway, when you sat down it was almost tipping so therefore we had to pack this away and use the sofa bed in the living room On our last night at the apartment we returned back to the apartment from Disneyland earlier to get a good nights sleep to travel home the next day as I am currently heavily pregnant and we have a toddler with us. We were faced with the keyless entry on the door not working, when trying to call the host our calls were being rejected and were told he could not answer our calls right now.
