It`s conveniently located on the 1st floor offering top notch luxury along with spectacular views of the Atlantic from the direct ocean front balcony. No need for elevators as the private balcony has its own paver path to the pool and the ramp to the beach is only a few steps away! The living room offers a 65" large flat panel TV, it`s own modem and Internet router for in room wireless high speed service. All of the furniture and decor was carefully selected to provide a feeling of comfort and luxury that is truly hard to come by. This unit is in a building that is brand new construction, but we took it upon ourselves to make this into a work of art by adding a new backsplash, board and batten walls throughout the living room and dining area. This unique property features beautiful furniture from crate and barrel, pottery barn and a local high end furniture store that sells imported items. If you are wanting to take your vacation experience to the next level, this is where you want to be!
