It’s easy to lose yourself in this cozy yet upscale vacation home in the beautiful Blue Mountains.
*Important: Please note, there is currently some ongoing construction to the siding of all buildings at Sierra Lane. Evidence of construction, including workers and materials, will likely be visible on weekdays. Noise should be minimal but is possible. For this unit, the balcony is scheduled to be inaccessible in late October into November.

The entrance to this delightful home will take you into a bright, clean, & quiet space. On the main floor you will find the kitchen, living room with a Smart TV, dining area and a balcony with a BBQ. Loaded with all the luxuries, this is the ultimate getaway for you and your guests! Nothing beats beautiful scenery of the slopes and golf green from one side of the Georgian Bay to the other, a true shore to slope experience. You will love all of the neutral esthetics of this home. Take advantage of convenient features such as a private locker with a keypad lock for skis, golf bags, or other gear right outside the door. Board games are provided for when you want to enjoy your nights in by the fireplace! Enjoy the saltwater community pool during the Summer months.

This modern sleek kitchen offers all the amenities needed for cooking and entertaining. Containing everything you need including all cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils, stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher, and BBQ tools. A table for 6 in the dining area along with two bar stools to accommodate the full group while dining. All you need to bring is your food and seasonings!
Living room
The living area has high ceilings for a spacious feel and large bright windows for natural lighting, enhanced by beautiful scenery out of every single window with great privacy. Get cozy and warm up by the stone fireplace while enjoying the company of your family or friends.
Bedrooms
This home features three spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen bed. The second bedroom has a King bed, along with a desk workstation and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a Single-over-Double Bunk bed and a desk workstation. The top level features a full size Murphy bed, storage and a desk workstation. All linens, pillows, and towels are included in your stay!

CLOSED FOR THE SEASON - Sierra Lane Saltwater Pool:
The pool area is open as of Saturday, June 21st, 2025. The pool will operate from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily and will require a fob to access the area. A maximum of 8 people are permitted in the pool area at a time. The pool is not heated.
Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
