Another two piece wash room situated on the main floor adjacent to living area and kitchen gives you convenience of access.

The guests is having access to entire house except the unfinished basement area, which consists of utilities machineries and other mechanical systems. Also note that, the garage door will be always closed and no access, as there are empty boxes, lawn movers, and snow plowers are kept.
