Positive: The property is well located close to shops, restaurants, cafe, notte dame and public transport.
Negative: I stayed in Paris for a short trip and I had everything planned for the occasion, I requested a 30 min early check in (2:30pm instead of 3pm) just to leave the luggage’s so me and my group could go around the city and stick to the plans and bookings but, I was denied it from the host because the cleaner was cleaning. Fair enough. I had to cancel my plans for the day because there’s a handy luggage drop near the property but it closes at 7pm. The checkout time is at 11 am so I thought that in 4 hours cleaning the small flat would shine, but with my surprise I found the floor very dirty, some spider web on the ceiling, a blood stain on the bed sheet and dust all around. It’s a third floor without elevator and the stairs are tiny and too small to the point you will struggle bringing luggage’s upstairs. Also the stairs that take to the maisonette are staggering and creaking.
Summary: No flexibility from the host, dirty flat, no elevator, small stairs. Great location.
