The house is divided into 2 separate 4-bedroom units, each with its own kitchen and gameroom. Prices listed include both units. Great for extended family or multi-family trips. Beautiful westward views of Camp Creek Lake right out the back door. Enjoy morning coffee on the dock or rent a paddle board to explore the lake. The home is located in a gated community south of 30A with 2 separate deeded beach access boardwalks within easy walking distance (easy 2-3 minute walk to each access).
