Summary: When we arrived the front desk had input our days incorrectly and had to fix that before we could enter. Only reason they fixed it was due to me having email confirmation of dates. The townhouse is in a nice location and decent itself. Cleaning crew needs to do more thorough job. There were hairs in the master bathroom, dust in every room and on ceiling fans, and silverware and dishes had to be washed by us due to old food being on them. Trash and dirt were also under furniture in bedrooms. I messaged property manager and a worker just said they would let her know with no more responses. Overall great place just not well cleaned!
