The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed and a single convertible armchair, as well as a television and a dining table where you can enjoy your meals. This space overlooks a fully equipped kitchen. You'll also have access to a bedroom with a double bed and a dressing room. The property exudes comfort and coziness, making it an ideal place to spend your evenings on the open terrace, enjoying quality time with your family or friends.

Rue Vavin is a charming street situated in the heart of the 6th arrondissement of Paris, known as the Luxembourg Quarter (Quartier du Luxembourg). ## Notes
The check-in assistant will meet the guests at the property on the day of their arrival. In exchange for the keys, guests are required to pay the check-in fee in cash.

Required Documents for Lease Application:
1. Identification: One valid piece of identification (required by the Paris town hall).
2. Proof of Stay Purpose: A document justifying the reason for your stay (e.g., professional, educational, or leisure).
3. Financial Documentation (for stays exceeding 30 nights): Proof of sufficient funds to cover rent, such as:
* Tax declarations, or
* Recent pay slips, or
* Bank account statements.
Deposit:
A damage deposit is required but will not be cashed. This will be handled through our banking partner.
Lease and Inventory Process:
* A Mobility Lease (or civil lease) will be sent to you via email once the required documents are submitted.
* A property inventory will be conducted upon both arrival and departure.
Check-Out Options:
* Self check-out: Instructions will be provided for completing self check-out.
* Assisted check-out: Opt for an assisted check-out with a full inventory inspection for a fee starting from €35, payable upon departure.
Pet Policy:
* Pets are welcome for a monthly fee of €150 per pet (except for properties where pets are not accepted).
