This space overlooks a fully equipped kitchen. You'll also have access to a bedroom with a double bed and a dressing room. The property exudes comfort and coziness, making it an ideal place to spend your evenings on the open terrace, enjoying quality time with your family or friends.

Required Documents for Lease Application:

3. Financial Documentation (for stays exceeding 30 nights): Proof of sufficient funds to cover rent, such as:

* Bank account statements.
Deposit:
A damage deposit is required but will not be cashed. This will be handled through our banking partner.
Lease and Inventory Process:
* A Mobility Lease (or civil lease) will be sent to you via email once the required documents are submitted.
* A property inventory will be conducted upon both arrival and departure.
Check-Out Options:
* Self check-out: Instructions will be provided for completing self check-out.
* Assisted check-out: Opt for an assisted check-out with a full inventory inspection for a fee starting from €35, payable upon departure.
Pet Policy:
* Pets are welcome for a monthly fee of €150 per pet (except for properties where pets are not accepted).
