This is a beautiful resort with many amenities including a restaurant, pool bar, nearby beach, huge pool with lazy river, hot tub, water slide, kids splash zone, mini- golf, basketball, tennis, shuffleboard, movie theater, arcade/game room, and a fitness center!
2-bedroom lock-out unit (1 bedroom plus attached studio unit with locking door, totaling 1,224 sq. feet) sleeps up to 8 people and includes:
*Master bedroom unit has two double beds in bedroom, a sleeper sofa in main living room, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, washer/dryer, and balcony.
*Connected studio unit includes 1 king bed, 1 sleeper sofa, bathroom with whirlpool tub, and kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, sink, toaster, coffee maker).

Located in main poolside building (not oceanfront) with short walk or free tram to beach. Less than an hour drive to Orlando and theme parks. Located right near Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral, Jetty Park, cruise terminals, and numerous restaurants.
This is a unit at time share resort for which I own a week and will register the renter as a guest. The room you receive is determined by the resort. The room will match the description in size and number of bedrooms; however, room decor may vary, due to recent upgrades and remodeling.
Please note that a $115 damage deposit is required by the resort upon check-in and is fully refundable after check-out. After check-in, you may be asked to view a timeshare presentation, which is entirely optional.
