The roomy kitchen is open planned to the dining and living area. Double doors from the lounge open out onto a sunny deck and patio area where you can enjoy a BBQ or step down into the small, yet private yard with a surprisingly bush setting surround.
Queen bed downstairs and 3 king singles up in a loft style room makes it ideal for that family getaway.
The spacious interior bathroom with shower, vanity also accommodates the laundry. There is a separate toilet room. The exterior bathroom, just off the back deck, has a bath/shower, vanity and toilet.
Unlimited internet and chromecast is available. Smart TV also in downstairs bedroom.
For the young ones there are bean bags, games, toys and a very extensive DVD collection suitable for all ages - even the big kids!
3 parking spaces for cars or boats and a lockable garden shed is available for that precious fishing gear!
Note: There are very narrow, steep stairs going to the upstairs bedroom. 2nd bathroom is not accessible from within the house but is directly at the back deck. We welcome your dogs but not on our beds or furniture. Larger breeds preferably outside. Please pick up their poops before you leave - Sorry no cats. There are several cameras on the exterior of the house for security purposes only.
