The home theater has a 120' SCREEN with 7.1 surround sound with an Amazon Firestick. Main level has Bluetooth surround sound run from any iphone/ipad/android, with a 50” TV with an Amazon Firestick for all your streaming needs. House comes with two MASTERS, one on the main level with walk-in closet and en-suite, other with a Patio off the bedroom. We have 1 King, 3 Queens, and bunk beds! It has 2 full bathrooms, both with double sinks, and a 1/2 bath on the main level. A Weber BBQ is on the side deck, a double car garage in the back, and a huge common area for our front yard!
This neighborhood is family friendly and has 3 pools and spas (heated), along with multiple kids parks and a basketball court! You'll also find miles of walking and bike paths, (Walk to Joe's Farm Grill!), shopping malls and grocery within 5 minutes. Property is located close to highway 202 for quick access to all the golf courses, with several located within a 5 minutes drive.
