Beautiful 42sqm apartment perfectly located at the crossroads of the Latin Quarter and Saint Germain des Près, a stone's throw from the banks of the Seine in the heart of Paris. It is located at the top of the rue de la Harpe, lively and with many restaurants, bars and brasseries.
Located on the 1st floor, it overlooks an interior courtyard allowing you to find a calm and cozy cocoon in a very lively district.
It consists of a large open space with high ceilings. You will appreciate the comfort of the Chesterfield sofa enthroned in the living area, next to a period plate warmer reminiscent of the charm of the old. The kitchen is open and you will find everything you need to heat or prepare your meals, to be enjoyed on the high bar table.
