Walk or bike to Palafox and downtown. 10 min from beach. High speed wifi, 65" TVs. An incredible space for a discerning group of travelers.

House Rules:
No more than 10 total overnight guests.
No more than 12 total people at the property at any time.
No Parties ever.
No photography or any other commercial use.
No Smoking in the home.
No loud noise after 10 pm.
No fireworks on the property.
Thoroughly clean any utensils, pots and pans after use.
Put things back where you got them.
If you break something or find something broken, contact the host.
There are four bikes with locks for your use. If they are damaged, lost or stolen for any reason a $300 fee each will apply

Leave linens on the bed.
Set thermostat to 60° in winter and 80° in summer.
Load dishwasher and start.
Make sure all pots and pans are clean.
