This 2 storey cozy cottage is tucked away in the heart of the valley, situated on Muskrat Lake in Cobden. Bring the entire family to this wonderful cottage with plenty of space for enjoyment. This 2 bedroom oasis has its own fire pit, large deck, BBQ and the most breathtaking views and sleeps up to 10 people. It's wonderful to spend time outside by a nice relaxing fire, fishing, swimming, canoeing, you name it!
Not just a summer rental, this cottage is winter ready! Enjoy some of the best skidoo trails in Ontario in this part of the valley. Also, enjoy ice fishing on the lake (Cobden has a fishing derby every year in both the Summer & Winter). Along with snowshoeing and cross country skiiing. Bring your kids and take them out skating on the lake or leave the kids at home and enjoy a romantic getaway by the fire sipping hot cocoa.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE
➜ Toilet paper, and basic toiletries will not be provided for the guests. Condiments, oils and food is are also not included. It will be the guest's responsibility to provide for these.
➜ Spices, salt and pepper, pots, pans, cutlery, and dishes are included and stocked in cupboards. Garbage bags are located under kitchen sink if you should need extras.
➜ Bath towels and lines are included with rental
➤ OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
➜ The thermostat is black and is located on the main floor by the bathroom, this controls the heat.
➜ There is a fireplace in the lower level that is controlled by a white thermostat on the post heading up the stairs
➜ The lake is beautiful for swimming in especially off off the dock, but we suggest bringing water shoes as it is rocky if you decide to walk out into the lake and not jump off of the dock
➜ Water is well water and is safe to cook with and wash dishes, but please bring your own drinking water
➜ Upon departure if propane tank is empty, please let host know so we can replace
➜ Although we have cleaners there is a vacuum located in the lower level bedroom closet for tidying up if you choose to do so
