With stunning views of the river, this cottage is only 1.5 hours away from the GTA, making it the perfect weekend or week-long getaway. With its close proximity to Fenelon Falls and Bobcaygeon, there are plenty of activities and attractions to explore nearby.
This spacious cottage features 3 bedrooms, a large basement recreational room equipped with a pool table, fireplace, and board games for entertainment. Step outside to the large outdoor gazebo for dining, and gather around the fire pit to relax with friends and family.
The cottage boasts a beautiful, rustic kitchen fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery, and basic cooking needs. The basement also features a sofa bed, foosball table, and board games for additional entertainment.
With a large lot, there is plenty of space for outdoor fun and games. The deck is perfect for outdoor dining, and the fire pit provides the perfect setting for spending quality time with loved ones under the stars. Both an indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit are available for your enjoyment.
