Bedroom 2 has a private ensuite & the den is set up as an office w/ a desk. Just imagine relaxing on the back porch w/ these serene sunset views, by the cozy fireplace.

The hospitality-staffed Verde River Golf & Social Club features a fabulous restaurant, coffee bar, market, resort pools and poolside bar & grill, private dining room, day spa, culinary studio, fitness facility, and much more. If you would like to use the facilities there is a HOA Membership transfer fee of $225 per booking.
There will be a utility deposit of $1,000 associated with each booking.
The owner pays the first $500 per month for utilities. Total electric, water and gas. Anything over this amount will be taken out of the utility deposit.
