Positive: The check-in and check out processes were easy and we'll explained.

Negative: It was in a bad part of town that seem to be the home base for the areas homeless crackhead population. The bedroom ceiling light wouldn't work. The description for the second bedroom was misleading. It is a converted closet where the bed is shoe horned into a corner where you can only enter and exit at the foot of the bed. There were cracked tiles in the master bedroom bath floor.The living room sofa was covered in stains. The dining room table was covered in stains. The chairs to the dining room table were loose and wobbly. The second bathroom had ants. The pillows were flat and lumpy in the master bedroom. Multiple window blinds have broken wooden slats. Numerous windows were sealed shut. The washing machine in the garage would leave a large puddle of water in front of it. I was charged a hefty cleaning charge upon making the reservation but yet I was expected to clean the apartment or I would be charged additional expenses. We had to wash the silverware before we could use it. There are more issues but I believe you're getting the point here. For what I was charged to stay here I should have stayed in the center of the city.
