The split floorplan is ideal for couples, visiting professionals, travel nurses, plant lovers, and especially those wanting a mellow stay in Phoenix. This is a smoke-free, shoe-free, and relaxed home with lots of plants and no TV.
Within walking distance is a charming new bodega with specialty snacks, wine, and beer, as well a retro diner with Southern eats and a great Mexican restaurant, all locally owned.
Given the extent of plants in the home, it is less ideal for young children.
