Need a place to stay on campus? Nightly and short-term accommodations are available at St. Paul's all year round in our hotel-style guest rooms. These rooms are great for visiting faculty & scholars, lecturers, visiting parents, friends and other Waterloo guests. St. Paul's also offers rooms and meeting facilities for seminars and conferences. Meeting rooms are available all year and dormitory room accommodations are offered May through August. Catering services and conference coordination are offered for groups with overnight guests. St. Paul's is located on the beautiful campus of the University of Waterloo, close to St. Jacob's and Uptown Waterloo. For weekly and monthly rates, please inquire and I will send a discounted offer back from the rates below: Double and Twin Guest Rooms Weekly rate = $95 + HST per night (7 - 29 nights) = $10 discount per night Monthly rate = $85 + HST per night (+30 nights) = $20 discount per night 3-Bedroom Guest Room Suite Weekly rate = $115 + HST per night (7 - 29 nights) = $5 discount per night This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund of the rental amount is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. Our house rules: not suitable for infants under 2, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets. St Paul's University College has a strict no smoking policy in every room of every building which we ask that you respect. Upon departure, please lock your unit, and deposit your key in the drop box in the lobby. As we are located on campus we have student neighbours so we ask that you be respectful of your noise level. We require 48 hours notice for cancellations to receive a 100% refund. After 48 hours we retain the first night's rental fee.
