Spacious 3+ bedroom condo on Monterra golf course comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. The roomy main floor entrance has plenty of room to hang skis and winter clothes. On this floor are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cedar sauna. The main floor also has a full kitchen, a dining room seating up to 8 people around a beautiful harvest table, and a gorgeous living room with plenty of seating space, 20 foot ceilings, and a gas fireplace. Upstairs, a large loft area contains an additional two (attached) bedrooms overlooking the living room. The outside patio, beside the first fairway, is outfitted with a gas BBQ and generous seating. This condo is a few hundred meters from the Village and easy walking distance to and from the ski lifts and golf course clubhouse.
