Two living areas provide room for both quiet moments and connection. The main living room features a large sectional and 55" 4K Smart TV with Sonos Dolby soundbar, while the second space downstairs includes a 65" 4K TV and Sonos surround sound, ideal for movie nights or reading by the fire.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen combines practicality with warmth, featuring Caesarstone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and heated floors. A dining table seats eight, complemented by a breakfast bar for three. Step out to the balcony to grill on the BBQ while snow falls softly around you.
Sleeping arrangements
Accommodating up to ten guests, the home features five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The primary suite includes a king-split bed and ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, gas fireplace, and private deck, while a third holds another queen bed. Downstairs, two bedrooms each include king-split beds, one with a deep soaking tub ensuite and the other near a bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.

Guest Access:

Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
